Our international Client is one of the market leader Banks in Hungary and is seeking to hire a Real Estate Asset Manager - ResidentialMain responsibilities: Manage day to day operation of residential properties according to the respective asset management plans; Take part in preparing asset management plans and execute that; Take part in establishing sales strategy of the respective properties; Prepare regular reports; Maintain professional relationships with tenants, vendors and other partners; Assist of valuation residential properties all around in Hungary; Financial support in real estate transactions. Requirements: College / University degree; 5-6 years professional experience in asset/property management and/or real-estate sales; Fluent spoken and written English language knowledge; Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills; Proactive, independent, energetic person, self-starter; Strong computer skills; Precision, accuracy, analytical skills.
