Purpose of the position: The job holder plays an important role in the quality and efficient HR operations, improving employee experience by providing support in relation to contracting, HR administration, taxation, calculation and payment of salaries. The job holder also takes part in the recruitment and selection process thus supports the quality staffing and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: • Preparing employment contracts, contract modifications and terminations • Supporting the entry and exit procedure • Maintaining employee records and personal files, including the maintenance of HRIS database • Supporting the immigration procedure • Providing customer service to all employees in payroll, labor administration, personal taxation and social security matters • Preparation of payroll inputs, control of payroll calculations, preparation of salary transfers, answering employee queries regarding salary questions • Preparation of regular and ad hoc HR reports • Fulfilling other HR specialist tasks based on need, typical examples may be: training system coordination and administration, organizational development projects, process improvements including software development coordination with the IT departments etc. • Conducting interviews and tests during the selection process • Participating in the induction program, responsible for HR related induction and Company representation towards new-comersQualification: College or University degree Work experience: 2 to 3 years in similar position Required skills: • Capability to understand complex issues and procedures • Efficient problem solving • Good communication skills • Empathy and customer focused attitude • Attention to details, good with numbers • Positive, can-do attitude • Excellent English • Good excel knowledge-If you would like to join the dynamic team of Wizz Air, please attach your motivation letter and CV in English at the career website of Wizz Air.További információ:http://www.cvcentrum.hu/54098
