DESCRIPTIONOur prestigious multinational client in the real estate sector is looking for a DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for the following tasks:- Manage large real-estate projects (planning, management & administration, construction, leasing and financing)- Coordinate project due diligence, planning and development- Prepare and manage development plans and budgets- Manage external project managers, consultants and advisors- Provide regular project performance reports to managementREQUIREMENTS- College and/or university degree in business or engineering- RICS qualification is required- Minimum 2-3 years experience in managing large scale real estate projects with an international property company- Experience in managing historic redevelopment project is an advantage- Fluency in English AND German is a must!- Good communication and interpersonal skills - Impeccable personal presentation and appearanceOTHER INFORMATIONIf you would like to apply for this job, please send us your curriculum vitae both in Hungarian and English.
