Our client is a leading designer and supplier of complex, innovative components, machines and systems. They are looking for a new colleague for the position of HR director.     Workplace: Veszprém county Tasks: -    Strategy, planning: Develop HR strategy and plans in close cooperation with the other fields. -    Human systems: Establish and operate up-to-date HR systems in the interest of efficient resource management. -    Staff management: Define the necessary headcount and labor force requirements based on the sales and the production plan, in close collaboration with the other fields. -    Incentive remuneration: Ensure the elaboration and operation of an incentive remuneration and performance management system grounded by the grading system covering all elements of wage (fixed and variable wages, allowances, etc.). Support the other fields in setting the performance targets and in reaching performances. -    HR administration: Ensure the operations of HR system (Nexon) and the required data service, -    Labor force development: Analyze of the requirements and the training needs, based on these, the efficient management of  necessary developments -    Labor relations: Develop a constructive cooperation with representative organizations.-    Consultancy: Ensure the efficient professional support of the managers related to HR topics.  -    Internal communication: Coordinate of internal (HR) communication. -    Organizational development: Analyze the operation of the corporate organization and work out development proposals in close cooperation with managers.  -    Management of subordinates: Manage, support and develop subordinates. Requirements: -    College or University Degree preferably in Business/Human Resources or other related field, -    Minimum 10 years experience in the field of HR at a manufacturing company, from it 5 years as Head of HR,-    Minimum 3 years of leadership experience,-    Expert in local labour legislation and HR practices,-    Negotiating level of English, German is appreciated ,-    MS Office applications experience,-    Excellent communication and problem solving skills,-    Ability build up strong credible working relationship with managers,-    Proven change management and project management capabilities,-    Efficient decision making ability to generate changes and to sustain the results achieved.
