DESCRIPTIONFor our multinational client we are currently looking for a new colleague for an Accounting Clerk position.Tasks:- Payments of invoices and its bookkeeping and documentation including monthly expense report to the mother company - Banking such as e-banking, bank remittance, accounts control etc. - Purchase, disposal and inventory check of fixed assets and its control, documentation - Issue and receive expense invoices from/to related companies and their settlement - Timesheet control of the employees and keep contact with payroll outsourcing company for smooth payroll procedure - Advance payment and reimbursement of business trip or other expenses - Review company car insurance and general business insurance - Correspondence regarding to Audit and Transfer Pricing etc. - Check financial statements and tax calculations from Accounting outsourcing company- Assistance to the manager in related to compliance issues (e.g. updating Law List) - Back up secretarial work during the absence of the secretary of the Managing Director - Establish and keep close relation with the financial services providing companies (accounting company, tax and legal advisors, audit, banks) and Tokyo Headquarters' administration departmentREQUIREMENTS- Financial college or similar level financial/accounting education- Fluent English knowledge both written and spoken- 3-5 years work experience preferably in multinational environment- Knowledge of MS Windows and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Knowledge (studies or experience based) on taxation issues would be an advantage- Deep understanding of Hungarian Accounting Standards- Good inter-personal skills for the effectiveness in dealing with others are essential skills requiredOTHER INFORMATIONIf you would like to apply for this job, please send us your curriculum vitae both in Hungarian and English.
