DESCRIPTIONOur multinational client is looking for anAccountantto join their team in Budapest. Tasks:- Create Intercompany invoices for all transactions involving Hungary- Compile monthly all 3rd party customer invoices and credit notes issued by Hungary, seal and sign- Liase with local external accountants/tax advisors, and ensure they receive all required documentation in a timely manner- Prepare monthly GL accounting extract from SAP for review by the controller- Monthly analysis of all I/co and AP invoices for external accountants- Monthly preparation of VAT return to review - Liaise regularly with Hungary controller based in Dublin- Involved in the month end general ledger reporting- Accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations.- Weekly Cash Sweep process- Complete bank reconciliation for all European entities- Extract receipts listings from daily balances and communicate to AR team (Dublin, Asia and India) for coding prior to posting- Pro-actively seek to improve current processesREQUIREMENTS- Min. 2 years experience in full scale accounting- Excellent English knowledge- Advanced Excel knowledge- University or College degree- SAP experience- Proactive attitudeOTHER INFORMATIONIf you would like to apply for this job, please send us your curriculum vitae both in Hungarian and English with the reference number in the subject of your application to bsc@grafton.hu.
