Nemzetközi Könyvelési Csoportvezető Job purpose: This position has been created following the creation of the National Accounting Centre in Hungary, aligned with similar function in other countries in EMEA region. Job description/Key accountabilities: • US-GAAP Accounting and General Ledger:o Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team o Facilitate General Ledger accounting in the country (including fixed assets) o Maintain and control adequate month / year end closing process and accrual processo Review of accounts to trial balance levelo Maintain a disciplined account reconciliation process o Coordinate account analysis / review process for Hungary B&S and P&L account and Hungarian activities of European Headquarters o Ensure prompt and quality submission of monthly results to General Office• Statutory Accounting:o Calculate and supervise statutory adjustmentso Main Contact for external audit for Hungaryo Deliver on time with high quality Statutory Financial Statements for entities within the scope of the position• Tax : o Lead Hungary ETR (Effective Tax Rate) process o Main contact for tax advisors and company central tax department in EHQo Support preparation and submission of Tax return o Facilitate all required tax filling for Hungary, tax audits / controls, transfer pricing documentationo Support preparation and submission of VAT return for Hungary locations and EHQ transactions in Hungaryo Perform on time Tax Reporting to EHQ and GO (General Office)• Internal Control & Audit:o Maintain Internal control documentation (SOX – Hungarian ICSP) for Finance part o Internal audit coordination & liaison• Treasury: o Facilitate treasury / payment transactions for Hungaryo Cash flow forecasting and reportingo Bank Reconciliation / Company Loans• Risk Management/Insurance: o Lead Hungarian Insurance Programso Fulfill Global Insurance Reportingo Main Contact for Insurance Group in GO• Legal: o Lead Hungarian Legal & Corporate Fileso Main Contact for EHQ Legal Departmento Responsible for the Shareholder's Meetings and Minutes Requirements: • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration• A minimum of 4-5 years experience in finance, including experience in general accounting and financial analysis• A working knowledge of Hungarian and US GAAP, SAP, Oracle Financials, Access, Excel• Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of company management, customers and suppliers • Fluent in Hungarian and English• Open personality with good people skills• Self – motivated, pro-active, flexible, high-level energy, capable to work under pressure Benefits • Competitive salary• Carrier opportunities• Performance bonus• Good and friendly workplace atmosphere• Profession developmental possibility Place of work: Budapest (XXIII.)
