The Team Assistant is responsible to assist the daily operational jobs of the Chief Officers and other managers in the company office in Geneva providing administrative and organisational support to the team. Responsibilities: • Organizing business travel for the Chief Officers and other managers • Preparing reports and statements • Organizing business meetings for the Chief Officers and other managers • Taking part in business meetings, preparing summaries and follow-up lists • Managing independent projects • Organizing and managing Company events • Preparing expense reports and business correspondence • Office administration • Cooperate with other Assistants on regular basis• Excellent English and French; written and spoken • College or university degree • Minimum 3 years experience in similar position • Excellent MS Office skills • Good communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure • Flexibility • Ability to react quickly to the operational needs • Good organizational skills • Ability to work in team and independently • Willing to live in Geneva-If you would like to apply for this position please apply here and attach your CV in English and Hungarian.További információ:http://www.cvcentrum.hu/52374
