The Navigation Officer will report to the Head of Operation Control. Purpose of the position: To handle EUROCONTROL related messages, preparing flight documentations, amending navigation related documents, providing data for the duty manager of operations. Tasks: • Handling slot messages; • Handling ATC flight plan; • Checking flights status; • Generating briefing packages for the crew; • Information collecting on irregular circumstances to support optimal decisions; • Providing of estimated pax, crew, and registration information to the catering companies; • Amending onboard/local tripkits, route manuals; • Gathering and storing flight documentations; • Requiring new flight plan in case of rerouting, flight merging; • Other - assigned by Head of Operations Control;• Valid Flight Operation Officer Licence/Category „B" – Navigation Officer • College or university degree • Fluent English knowledge • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to work in a team • Good computing knowledge • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
