DESCRIPTIONFor our client, an international company operating in the field of telecommunication, we are looking for aHuman Resources Process Expert. - Responsible to support the Global Transformation Project of the company- Play a key role in HR transitions- Participate in end2end process testing (SAP, HFM, interfaces, etc.)- Lead small and medium sized projects- Provide trainings to financial shared service teams and local market key users- Taking a lead role in User Acceptance Test for the respective process area. Involved with defect resolution, Change Requests and report testing.- Support the GLO process after go-live, by assessing the business impact of issues, tracking and following up on issues, assisting root cause analysis and resolution for selected issues.- Able to explain complex technical and process details in terms that business partners understandREQUIREMENTS- University or college degree preferably in Finance- End-to-end process knowledge in HR- Detailed SAP technical knowledge and experience within the relevant module (background job tables, settings, etc.)- Fluent English- Problem solving experience, i.e. root cause analysis, options identification and evaluation- Proactive attitude- Strong Excel knowledge- Sophisticated presentation skills- Experience of writing procedural documentation - performing functional testing and the related documentation of this testing- Perform testing role within tight deadlines within a strong team environment- Experience in project management or implementation is an advantage- 5+ years of relevant experienceBENEFITS- Company offers competitive compensation and benefit programs in a casual work atmosphere- Long term career opportunity- International working environmentOTHER INFORMATIONIf you would like to apply for this job, please send us your curriculum vitae both in Hungarian and English.
