DESCRIPTIONOn behalf of our multinational client we are currently looking for a new college to join their team in the following position:Bank Reconciliation AnalystTasks:- Meets corporate deadlines as defined- Prepare, research, and perform bank reconciliations for production and cash accounts- Process Bank Reconciliations by analyzing detailed account activities in the production systems, general ledger and sub-ledger systems, and identify all reconciling items- Develop relationships with productions and divisions within the company - Coordinate activities with production groups, bank and company divisions to ensure all documentation and reports are submitted on time - Monitor daily reports from bank systems - Work closely with Worldwide Compliance & Controls to ensure strong SOX compliance- Lead continuous improvement efforts by identifying root causes of any issues and opportunities to streamline work, and proactively recommends and implement solutions- Assist with the implementation of new Bank Reconciliation software- Participate in other accounting activities as required- Special projects as called upon by managementREQUIREMENTS- Prior working experience with reconciliation systems/processes- College or university degree in finance or accounting- Excellent English language communication and writing skills- 2-3 years previous experience working in a multination Global Shared Services Center environment- Good knowledge of Excel, ERP (SAP) and MS office- Demonstration of basic Accounting/Finance knowledge (e.g. account reconciliation, preparation of journal entries, debits/credits, etc.)- Excellent customer service skills and abilities- Proven ability to be proactive and identify problems in a timely manner- Ability to collaborate in a team environment- Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and result drivenOTHER INFORMATIONIf you would like to apply for this job, please send us your curriculum vitae both in Hungarian and English.
