DESCRIPTIONOur partner is a prestigious market leader global financial services firm that combines leadership in investment banking and institutional sales and trading.The company currently is seeking aLearning and Development Specialistto cooperate closely with the business units to develop strategic plans that align to their needs and by that, supporting employees in their full talent potential during their career with the company.Employment type: 9 months fixed-term, temporary staffingTasks and responsibilities:- Managing logistics, enrolments and materials for all training sessions including the set up of courses and any preparation materials distribution and communication that students need prior to course- Create, confirm and distribute the monthly course announcement newsletter- Distribute and evaluate feedback from delegates and from the vendor- Work directly with key clients to update and report on enrolment, attendance and survey feedback to obtain instructor ratings and extrapolate common feedback themes- Manage the day to day relationship with the external vendors, ensuring all courses are prepared accurately- Participate in divisional training committees and support in compiling training needs analyses- Ensuring that indicative course costs are accurate and reviewed on a regular basis- Handling vendor invoicesREQUIREMENTS- College or university degree- Minimum 2-3 years relevant HR (learning and development) experience gained in multinational company - Excellent command of English language written and oral- PC literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Dynamic, pro-active, enthusiastic personalityBENEFITS- Possibility to develop professionally- To work in a multicultural environment- Competitive compensation packageOTHER INFORMATIONIf you would like to apply for this job, please send us your curriculum vitae both in Hungarian and English.
