DESCRIPTIONOn behalf of our partner operating in the field of private equity investment we are looking for a candidate for the position:RECEPTIONIST/PERSONAL ASSISTANTMain tasks:- General administrative support and personal assistance to 3 professionals- Organising meetings, prepare and booking the meeting rooms (Video Conferencing as well)- Welcoming guests- Handling and forwarding telephone calls and incoming/outgoing e-mails, post, faxes and newspapers- Organising business trips and events- Supporting the Office Manager with administrative, IT and accounting tasks - Taking care of office supplies (stationery, kitchen supply, service providers)- Making statistics and reports (expense claims)- Other administrative tasksREQUIREMENTS- At least high school degree- 2-4 years relevant experience (personal/executive/team/general assistance)- Excellent English language knowledge both in written and oral- Good command MS Office knowledgePersonality:- Accurate and precise approach- Logical thinking- Friendly, energetic personality, positive attitude- Fast reaction to problems, ability to prioritize- Hands-on attitude and the ability to support in an efficient and fast way- Great communication & interpersonal skills- Business-like appearanceBENEFITSThe company offers:- Competitive compensation package- Multinational environment in an A class office- Young and dynamic teamOTHER INFORMATIONIf you would like to apply for this job, please send us your curriculum vitae both in Hungarian and English.
