To match and post all incoming payments To create and post credit notes To administrate and update credit limits of customers To execute dunning activities To prepare OtC-related reports (e.g. age structure of accounts receivables, etc.) To maintain customer master data To execute closing activities (monthly, quarterly, year-end): Execute reconciliation of account balances; add and release provisions; etc. To execute all other OtC-related tasks requested by group leader or manager Relevant College or University degree (in Finance or Economics) At least 1 year working experience in a simliar position, gained at a multinational company (ideally Shared Service Center) Good accounting knowledge Advanced level of English + communicational level of Russian Systematic and quality-oriented way of working Ability and willingness to work in a team Distinct flexibility and capacity to work under pressure with regard to function and time Sense of duty and responsibility Communicative, people oriented Willingness to acquire new skills Development opportunities in an international environment People- and value-focused organization culture Team-oriented, friendly work atmosphere Competitive benefit package Place of work: Budapest, downtown
