DESCRIPTIONFor our prestigious multinational client we are currently looking for aRisk and Compliance Manager.Job Function:- To take a lead role in delivering engagements, create relationships with senior client staff, develop business opportunities, build and mentor team and provide leadership and direction for our advisory function.Profile:- Experience in effective oversight and management of Laws and regulations; Financial policies and procedures; Operational policies and procedures; Business Conduct Standards (Ethical, Social, Environmental); Contracts and Commitments; Strategic voluntary standards and best practices- Leading and delivering engagements to achieve Design/model for Compliance Universe; Compliance mechanism for enterprise-wide ensurance and assurance; Continuous improvement strategy for identification and remediation of gaps/risks; Enterprise Compliance RACI assignment matrix; Detailed documentation outlining Compliance obligations, in accordance to Compliance RACI matrix; Legal, regulatory, and contractual compliance requirements; Risks, dependencies, and mitigating controls.- Leading and delivering initiatives on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM); Review and alignment of ERM framework and Policy as per ISO 31000 and industry best practice; Benchmarking of Risk Systems; Detailed Gap Assessment; Defining Corporate Risk Appetite; Defining and delivery of ERM Performance Measures and measurement tools.REQUIREMENTS- 7 to 10+ years of professional work experience either with a consulting organization or as a senior leader within a corporate function responsibility. - Exposure to Oil and Gas sector preferred- Excellent written and oral English communication skills. - Strong interpersonal skills.- Strong people manager, able to lead small teams and develop others.- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an engagement team in complex projects.- Credibility at senior levels as an advisor to senior management and executives.- Experience working in difficult circumstances delivering substantive, measurable operational improvements in complex businesses- University degree, with MBA - Relevant certifications such as PMP
