DESCRIPTIONThere is an excellent opportunity to work in an international company as a Payroll Associate. Responsibilities:- Payroll planning- Forecasting payroll payments- Payroll data collection and input- Payroll processing and controls- Process payments to employees and 3rd parties- Payroll posting to FI, reconciling HR against FI- Reporting to internal/external stakeholders- Liaise with local contacts- Case tracking related to SAPREQUIREMENTS- Fluent in French and English- College or University degree in Economics - Experience in payroll, in HR administration or in accounting is an advantage- Excel knowledge at user level- Strong PC skills (especially in Excel) - Ability to manage multi-tasks and handle complex cases - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Excellent time management and analytical skills - Team player attitudeOTHER INFORMATIONIf you would like to apply for this job, please send us your curriculum vitae both in Hungarian and English.
