A POZÍCIÓ LEÍRÁSAOur client is one of the world's leading financial institutions.They are now actively looking to recruit a Business Manager in Budapest.The successful candidate will have responsibility for the planning, co-ordination and management of technology capital expenditure and manpower resources in support of which they will provide comprehensive analytical support for the execution of financial management and reporting duties, as well as for monitoring and implementation of sound business processes to facilitate the technical objectives of Enterprise Infrastructure. Other roles: - Business Management & Financial Analysis including budgeting ad forecasting - Financial management oversight and co-ordination - Liaison with IT Finance to prepare and iterate technology infrastructure allocation models - Information Processing & Communications (IPC) purchase order and invoice approvals - Business Development tasks - FTE headcount & contingent labour administration, monthly tracking & reporting - Active participation in office space planning & management - Financial management of EU manpower cost centres, including monthly variance analysis The business manager will also be required to participate in special projects as including new project support, analysis and reporting.KÖVETELMÉNYEKThe ideal manager should have the following experiences: - Strong understanding of technology concepts and terminology - Methodical and organised approach to financial analysis and accounting processes - Strong communication/interpersonal skills to be able to interact at all levels & be effective as part of a broader team of business managers - Effective organisational & prioritisation skills - project management background useful - Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint Any of the followign is highly considered as ana advantage: - Finance/Accounting knowledge - Knowledge of technology capital funding and sourcing practices - Knowledge of building business cases - Familiarity with Investment Banking environment
