DESCRIPTIONThis is a unique opportunity to start with a company which aims to drive the market worldwide.Key Accountabilities:- Providing support and resolving issues concerning the area of site IT equipment and infrastructure- Ordering and goods receipting- Physical inventory and non-scans- Invoice posting and cash handling by following existing guidelines and procedures to ensure timely and accurate resolutionAll department members work closely with the different Level 2 teams in Guatemala and Bangkok. They will also interface with vendors, Express site customers, our in-country organization, third parties hardware support, Payroll system providers and others.REQUIREMENTS- Proficient English language skills in listening, speaking, reading & writing. Plus proficiency in French- Education level: Bachelors or Masters degree in any subject. Candidates with excellent high school qualifications will also be considered- Good analytical, business judgement and communication skills- Interpersonal and team working skills to work in a multicultural environment- Candidates must be very well organized & process oriented- Good customer service skills- Microsoft Office experience in Word and Excel is required.
