DESCRIPTIONOur Client is a leading agribusiness and food company with integrated operations that circle the globe, stretching from the farm field to the retail shelf. For their Financial Shared Service Center in Europe Our Client is looking for FINANCE PROCESS OPTIMISATION SPECIALIST for the tasks below:- a successful candidate will need to utilize their experience and personal conviction to work with internal and external resources in establishing standard processes that will be rolled out throughout our Client. They will deal with Senior Finance, IT, HR, Procurement staff and will help them establish standards and possibly Shared Service Centers in their local domains.- utilize previous experience and skills to work with a team in designing standard global finance processes.- attend workshops and team design sessions- travel extensively to work with the global team and to assist in OpCo process rollouts- be able to work somewhat independent of day to day supervision in a dynamic team environmentREQUIREMENTS- specialisation in on of the following area is a must: • Account Receivable Collection • Account Payable • Account Receivable Cash application • Billing - bachelor's Fiancial degree is Mandatory, Masters is added value- 4-7 years experience in the above specified areas in a multi-national SSC or BPO including supervisory experience is desired.- must be a change agent that through deeds and actions and must help others understand and accept it- process redesign experience is desired.- must have worked in an SAP environment- mastery in the understanding of how an effective end to end P2P or O2C process works- experience with enabling technologies/workflow management software is desired (like GetPaid for AR Collection or OpenText for AP)- full AR range of activities (Credit, Billing, Collections and cash Application) experience is a plus- procurement experience is a plus for Account Payable related positionOTHER INFORMATIONIf you would like to apply for this job, please send us your curriculum vitae both in Hungarian and English.
