A POZÍCIÓ LEÍRÁSAAs part of the payroll team in the HR Business Service Center (BSC) Poznan you will support the Department Head Payroll in building up the Payroll part of the HR BSC.- Process Payroll timely and accurately using the company's Payroll Processing routines for different countries according the documented Payroll Procedures Manual- Ensure that Payroll processes are in line with global processes and directions, legal standards and country specific requirements and comply with legislative obligations and internal auditing requirements- Execute required interfaces with established business partners and external bodies.- Communicate and partner with Personnel Administration department and Payroll Accounting to address all issues with the aim of improving payroll accuracy- Contribute as a member of the BSC HR Payroll Team and provide support to HR BSC Personnel Administration team and Payroll Accounting- Be a vital part of an environment where the company's culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of both co-workers and customers- Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assignedKÖVETELMÉNYEK-1 to 3 years working experience in payroll production -Fluent english and Hungarian knowledge-TB ügyintéző certification is an advantageELÕNYÖK-International compensation package-International carrier opportunity and working environment
