DESCRIPTIONOn behalf of our multinational client operating in the field of technology and business consulting solutions and services we are looking for aPROJECT ADMINISTRATORResponsibilities include: - administering the Project SharePoint site- monitoring and administering access to the Project SharePoint site- ensuring the Project Documentation is quality assured, current and complete- keeping track of system, plan and project changes and keeping key deliverable documentation up to date - the administration of system changes – ensuring the documentation and reporting of changes is properly maintained so that changes are auditable- tracking and maintaining the Risks and Issues log for the programme- assisting with the administration of the Project Office including the maintenance of team plans and status reporting- ensuring that Status Reports are produced regularly, accurately and on timeREQUIREMENTS- good administrative and organisational skills- strong Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel and PowerPoint- knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint (access control, administration, site development and maintenance)- Microsoft Project skills desirable- planning experience desirable
