DESCRIPTIONOn behalf of our prestigious multinational client we are curently looking for aSenior Project LeaderRoles of this function include:• Project leading multiple projects within the teams platforms portfolio• Influence partner teams in making joint decisions while balancing the critical objectives of the program• Work collaboratively with technical leaders and management • Analyze, identify and drive top issues to resolution• Facilitate communication across the project team, and feed into the program level communication• Develop metrics for measuring cost & benefits of the project• Present the project status and direction at key meetings with business partner teams, leadership• Develop and successfully implement best practice solution methodology• Raise risks to- and proactively work on mitigations with key project stakeholders• Manage delivery of solutions and act as point of escalation to ensure client satisfaction during the transition phase• Mentor/ Coach solutions staff to create a world class services team that builds the practice's credentials and offers career growth for project specialists• Assess business/support requirements and define KPIs• Identify scope for services in line with business requirements and Shared Services Strategy• Prepare project identification documents and agree on scope• Track execution of projects ensuring delivery on time, budget and specification• Reporting set up• Prepare resource ramp-up plan based on project scope and prepare process documentationsREQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate's profile should include: • Experience of working in a support function (preferably IT)• Strong Project Management skills (preferred PMP or Prince certified; PMO)• Technical Project management• Experience in process implementation / operation covering IT based services• 6+ yrs of project management experience preferred• Excellent ITIL skills • Fluency in English and in German is a must• The position requires travelling 30-50% of the time
