DESCRIPTIONOn behalf of our prestigous multinational client we are currently looking for aAccounts Receivable Analyst (part time - 4 hours per day)Tasks:- Upload bank receipts file to SAP, and reconcile to ensure uploaded correctly. - Allocate payments to correct customer accounts, liaising with treasury team in our client's Subsidiaries when further details are required. - Create Sales Order based on incoming requests - Provide cover for billing clerk during leave and absence. - Pulling off of Accounts Receivable (AR) monthly KPI reports. - Collect outstanding debt from customers in Hungary and other European countries - Interact through email and telephone with the interconnect partners to agree the monthly payment. - Complete invoicing activity on behalf of the Operation CompaniesREQUIREMENTS- Good spoken and written communication skills - Hungarian and English language (fluent in both written and verbal) - Other European language knowledge is an advantage - 1-2 years relevant experience (Order to Cash/Accounts Receivable) is advantage - Fresh graduates are more than welcome with financial qualificationBENEFITSCompany offers competitive compensation and benefit programs in a casual work atmosphere!- Long term career opportunity.- International working environment- Competitive compensation
