DESCRIPTIONOn behalf of our multinational client operating in the field of technology and business consulting solutions and services we are looking for aDELIVERY MANAGERRoles: - Ensuring delivery to the project plan and quality and thereby ensuring adherence to the CSD Transition Methodology; ensure appropriate standards and quality are maintained - Own and manage the release plan and report progress against it; coordinate and facilitate the key status meetings during all phases of the transition - Coordinating the delivery of the central CSD Team activities and facilitating alignment amongst the various workstreams - Managing external/3rd party vendors in conjunction with the workstreams - Assure that project milestones / targets are clearly communicated and understood within and outside the project such that the appropriate parties can marshal resources and activities to align with project delivery; - Manage the risks and issues related to the release - Align the CSD Activities with the Business and eBSC activities to ensure delivery according to plan - Acting as escalation point for issue resolution and coordinating the necessary response - Supporting the business in their consultation processes by providing project reports and materialsREQUIREMENTSSkills required: - Strong Change Management experience - Strong Project Management expertise - Deep understanding of PMO processes - Ideally country (France) and business (Lubricants) experience - Leadership and networking skills - Management of virtual teams across multiple geographies - Experience of BPO type Transitions desirable - Fluent French (spoken and written) - Strong communication and influential skills - Dealing with complexity and ambiguity - Working with autonomy - Ability to multi task - Excellent stakeholder relationship and Supplier relationship management
