DESCRIPTIONThis is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company operating in the automotive sector in the following position:Service Desk SupportMain tasks:- The new colleague will work as part of a global support team, his/her prime task is to provide application support to the functional areas for key-users on sites that are using Oracle- Support the clients/users orders, analyse and resolve potential problems during the whole process- Constant internal communication, keeping at all times the well being of the customer in mind- The position may require some travel mostly in EuropeREQUIREMENTS- College degree - 0-2 years working experience in customer service or IT helpdesk/support fields- Active fluent English knowledge is a must!- ORACLE knowledge is an advantage- Experience with integrated business systems (ERP systems) can be an advantage- Problem solving and customer oriented attitude
