DESCRIPTIONThe overall-goal is to grant for the shop's profitability by securing professional handling of our customers' needs.Tasks:- Training, motivation and development of the shop's sales-team for optimized achievement of objectives- Supporting teamwork and aiding positive working atmosphere- Control of shop standards (quality of staff, service, visual appearance)- Implementation and keeping sustainability of action-plans /seasonal plans with reference of KPIs- Efficient staff-planning- Handling of returns and complaints- Keeping up and controlling service-standards- Onboarding, development and training of (new) staff-members- Feedback/appraisal of staff-members- Performing and implementing marketing and promotional activities (international/regional/local)REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate should have:- Minimum three years experience as a shop manager-organisation- Experience in implementation of business/action plans in daily business- Excellent comprehension referring numbers/figures /KPIs- Intuition and talent for recruiting, coaching, training, teambuilding- Paying attention of details- Strong leadership, motivating skills- Fluent English knowledge
