DESCRIPTIONOur partner operating in the field of information service is actively looking for a PRODUCTION ANALYSTPrincipal Accountabilities: - monitors the production environment using established tools. - escalates issues requiring second-level support to appropriate individuals using the established call escalation procedures. - takes appropriate action to ensure that processes are completed according to the schedule provided. - informs relevant production and user areas of outstanding issues that require further follow-up. - acts as a product-specific or procedural subject matter expert for other analysts in the absence of supervisor. - support the day to day activities of off-shore production hub, to ensure high quality, accurate and timely deliverables which meet requirements - support client facing teams, business line initiatives or 3rd parties - provide input for new system development, including requirement gathering, UAT and implementation.REQUIREMENTS- BA degree, Diploma or equivalent- Minimum of two (2) years of work experience ideally in a production environment.- Strong MS Office and database skills (preferably MS SQL)- Understanding the pharma market and products - Hungarian and 1 language knowledge from the region ( Sloven, Croatian, Serb) is needed on very high level, English- basic level- Fluent English Additional personal traits: - Analytical/problem solving skills.- Detail oriented, precise.- Demonstrated communication skills with a customer service focused approach.- Ability to work under pressure.- Capable of performing repetitive tasks precisely, is tolerant of monotony.OTHER INFORMATIONIf you would like to apply for this job, please send us your curriculum vitae both in Hungarian and English.
