Our Hungarian facility acquired in 2001, has over 10,000 square meters of manufacturing. It is located in Apostag, Hungary, 77 kilometers south of Budapest. We have the technically trained staff and production facilities that allow us to respond to increasingly complex production and technical service requirements. Our skilled & dedicated workforce is capable of providing precision metal stampings of any size and shape in a wide variety of materials. The Hungarian facility is TS-16949 Certified as a part of our commitment to providing exceptional quality products and services to our customers. We are looking for a new member of our team in the following position:Production Supervisor Tasks:Monitor daily production to ensure shipping requirements are met through setting and achieving production rates, leading operator communication, and facilitating productivity improvements.Be knowledgeable of, and responsible for, the achievement of all quality-related goals.Maintain responsibility for process conformance results via weekly line side/layered audits.Know, communicate, and be responsible for the achievement of manufacturing key measurable, including safety, quality, on time PPAP's, OEE and inventory adjustments.Lead daily manpower planning to meet shipping requirements.Ensure the environment is safe and free of avoidable risk by communicating and enforcing safety procedures, reporting safety concerns immediately, as well as identifying potential safety issues.Drive, as well as participate in, company-wide lean initiatives and continuous improvement events, including CIA's, quick set up, standardized work, and error-proofing.Ensure all documentation (production cards, first/last piece tags, inspection check sheets… etc.) is timely, as well as accurately completed by the production team. Use appropriate problem solving methods to lead the development of successful action plans. Requirements:Minimum 3 years work experience in people management in industrial production sector, preferably with background in automotive industry.Technical knowledge in mechanical machining technology and series production.Fluency both in Hungarian and English (written and spoken).Proficiency with Microsoft Office.The ability to perform projects with a high degree of details, exceptional professional attributes that include strategic thinking, dependability, confidentiality and the ability to set priorities.
