The role's primary responsibility will be to manage the development of the airport selection process to meet corporate requirements. The Manager negotiates with the airports, local and national authorities, ground handling service providers in order to achieve the lowest possible airport cost (airport charges and ground handling charges). The Manager should achieve the highest possible financial and marketing support to Wizz Air flights.Responsibilities include:• Running selection processes, negotiate airport and ground handling deals• Building relationship with airports and third parties throughout Europe• Searching for new markets based on strategic fit, financial potential, growth opportunity, risks and possible entry points• Working with the network management and revenue management teams to determine new routes and bases to add to the network• Aligning and managing the communication process between the airport development and operational departments• Developing forecasts and proposals to improve efficiency and reduce costsRequirements:• Educated to degree level with strong negotiating and interpersonal skills• A highly motivated individual with demonstrated capacity for hard work and responsibility• Strong presentation and influencing skills• Native, or similar standard, of spoken / written English, a second language is an advantage• Ability to live and work in Hungary• A real passion for travel and the aviation industry• Ability to work with limited guidance from superiorsWhat we offer:We offer an exciting job opportunity with an attractive compensation package.If you would like to join the dynamic team of Wizz Air, please attach your motivation letter and CV in English at the career website of Wizz Air:http://wizzair.com/career/office/
