Applicants should be available for work during weekends (2 in a month) for a long-term.Overall responsibility:The role's primary responsibility is to make sure that everything goes smoothly during the weekend already organised. Hers is the executive role: being present during the activities, keeping contact with suppliers, solving problems and generally: keeping the guys company during daytime and night-time activities. If anything goes wrong (transfer or activity is late, we are late for the activity etc.) the guide is there to work as a 'bumper'. The ideal guide is cheerful, interesting, smiling, and good to be with, besides having good problem-solving and personal skills.Responsibilities include:- Informing the group about the activities, providing the safety instructions before an outdoor program and making sure every participant agrees to all terms and conditions- Solving problems connected to the activities or the accommodation, or basically of any kind, connected to the group- Keeping in touch with suppliers in order for the weekend to go smoothly- Mediation between suppliers and the group: interpretation, explanation in English- Possible sales of activities during the weekend for the groupRequirements:- College or university education in process- High level of spoken English- Availability for long-term employment- Availability during weekends- Personal traits needed for the job: hospitability, helpfulness, patience and a cheerful and smiley attitude- Independent implementation of tasks- For our program offers check out our website prior to applicationWhat we offer:You can work in an English speaking environment in Budapest for a good wage.
