Our Hungarian facility acquired in 2001, has over 10,000 square meters of manufacturing. It is located in Apostag, Hungary, 77 kilometers south of Budapest. The Hungarian facility is TS-16949 Certified as a part of our commitment to providing exceptional quality products and services to our customers.We are looking for a new member of our team in the following position:Maintenance Team LeaderTask(s):Determine preventive maintenance for all equipment and facilitiesUse the downtime and EAM reports to determine action needed to eliminate the downtime issues permanently.Use the EAM to make work orders, update PM's and provide reports on costs associated with downtime, spare parts and repairsProactively find permanent solutions to problems/opportunitiesDrive continuous improvement on a daily basis , Lead maintenance team in cost reduction program.Work with OEM's, contractors, and other outside personnel on projects, spare parts and in some cases emergency situations to get jobs done in a timely manner.Work with the Business Unit Manager in determining team structure, skill set requirements, appraisal of personnel, and in interviewing prospective candidates for their department.Lead daily manpower planning to meet production requirements, scheduling overtime appropriately and maintaining daily maintenance of Ultra Time.Ensure compliance with MIOSHA / OSHA standards on all equipment and ensure that all employees are using PPE as required.Comply with and enforce all company rules, policies and procedures, including investigating and documenting potential infractionsEnsure the environment is safe and free of avoidableRequirement(s):Minimum 3 years work experience in people management in industrial production sector, preferably with background in automotive industry.Technical knowledge in machine maintenance technology and series production.Fluency both in Hungarian and English (written and spoken).Proficiency with Microsoft Office.The ability to perform projects with a high degree of details, exceptional professional attributes that include strategic thinking, dependability, confidentiality and the ability to set priorities.College or university degree as a mechanical engineer or equivalent is an advantage.Our offer:Future career developmentThe opportunity to work in a young, well-known multinational organizationCompetitive compensation packageKafeteriaSector(s):Gyártás / Termelés / MérnökGépészmérnökGyártás / Termelés / Mérnök vezetőLocation:ApostagIn case you are interested in the above position, please apply online by sending your professional English CV by email : pridgeonandclay@workline.hu
