DESCRIPTIONOn behalf of our prestigous multinational client we are currently looking for aLegal AdvisorTasks: - Provide accurate, expert, effective and timely legal advice and support for a variety of legal documents including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Request for Proposals, Trial Agreements, Customer Agreements, Master Services Agreement, Standalone Product Agreements, Contract Summaries and other legal documents - Actively participate in various phases of transition of processes - Report on Master Services Agreements and other contract progress via Contract Trackers - Develop and maintain effective contacts with the operating companies, all relevant business areas, and with other group services functions. - Develop and maintain proactive and effective contacts with the customer at both global and local level as necessary in order to ensure customer satisfaction. - Provide follow-up with relevant stakeholders according to key dates in schedule - Assist with the development of new practices, processes and best practice sharing to ensure effective and efficient operation of the legal function and the wider Group Legal department. - Participate in the development and implementation of the department's strategic initiatives to work towards meeting the objectives of the department.- Identify areas of risk for the business and assist in providing solutions to manage the risk.REQUIREMENTS- University or College degree in Law studies - 2+ years related work experience - Advanced English language skills, another European language is an advantage - Legal experience with commercial legal background is an advantage - Awareness of commercial issues is an advantage - Proven ability in drafting and negotiation skills - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Team working skills and the ability to influence and persuade people - Strong MS-Office skillsBENEFITSCompany offers competitive compensation and benefit programs in a casual work atmosphere!- Long term career opportunity.- International working environment- Competitive compensation
