DESCRIPTIONIn charge of our well-recognised, international partner, operating in the field of HVAC services we are seeking an experienced sales leader to fill the role ofService Sales Engineerposition. Scope of responsibilities will cover:- Maximize customer and order acquisition in line with company strategy - Overall responsibility for sales and customer development in an assigned sales territory, by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and partnering- Customer & order acquisition- Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers- Identify sales opportunities, elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction- Encourage customer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support and customer assistance- Prepare and review contract terms and conditions- Present proposals to the customers- Develop, evaluate and discuss possible solutions with customer- Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on customer acquisition and development- Report to Sales ManagerREQUIREMENTSProfessional criteria:- Technical degree- Ideally 2-5 years of experience in B2B technical field sales- Native Hungarian and fluent English language is a mustCompetences:- Proactive sales attitude, strong desire to sell- Excellent communication skills- Ability to perform under pressure- Open minded and flexible character- Precise and focused working- Ability to handle deadlinesOther:- Driving licenseBENEFITSThe company offers:- Outstanding remuneration package- Opportunity to work in a strong and well-organised multinational company- Long-term career possibility
