DESCRIPTIONOn behalf of our prestigous multinational client we are currently looking for aContract specialisRole purpose:Maintain the contract database within Salesforce.com in order to - Provide a single, central repository of contracts for users (i.e. sales, commercial, service & legal staff) can use to access relevant contract data & documents - Enable more effective in-life management of contract events- Provide insight and actionable management information to the senior leadership team- Fulfill audit obligations/requirements Tasks:To maintain contract database via - Liaison with sales, commercial and legal teams to source contracts for data extraction & data entry - Interpretation, extraction and data entry of key contract data items into the contract database within Salesforce.com - Provision of relevant management reports and management information from the contract database and also with respect to the data extraction/data entry process - To provide general contract management support to enable to the roll out of global contracts across the Vodafone footprint via in-country contracts including project management, drafting, negotiation, closure & implementation - Manage stakeholders in the Global Enterprise sales, legal and commercial teams and within the operating companies to ensure steady flow of contracts for data extraction & data entry - Effective & regular analysis & communication of management information/reporting - Develop and maintain effective relationships with the operating companies, partner networks and all other relevant business areasREQUIREMENTS- University or College degree - 2+ years related work experience - Advanced English language skills, another European language is an advantage - Knowledge & experience of English contract law - Experience in a previous contract administrator, contract manager or commercial legal role - Team working skills and the ability to influence and persuade people - Strong communication skills including the ability to influence and persuade people at a senior level. - Proven ability in contract drafting and negotiation skills - Commercial acumen - Strong Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot Tables - Strong analytical and problem solving skillsBENEFITSCompany offers competitive compensation and benefit programs in a casual work atmosphere!- Long term career opportunity.- International working environment- Competitive compensation
