Our Client is part of an industrial group, operating in the sector of precision mechanics for more than twenty-five years; three different divisions with different expertise in the field. They develop electromechanical components, moulding of technopolymers, automatic assembly system, trimming production, construction of tools and tools for plastic moulding. We are looking for higly-motivated candidate in the following position. Business Unit Controller Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate company financial planning and budget management functions Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of divisions and departments Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget Oversee daily operations of the finance department Perform the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements Keep under control the reconciliation between local statutory books and Corporate financial reporting Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five year business plans for the company Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures Oversee financial management of foreign operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures Direct financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectives Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff Provide accounting policy orientation for new staff Requirements: At least Bsc. degree in Finance or Economics Chartered accountant certificate At least 4-5 years professional experience in controlling area Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian Self starter, reliable, systematic and quality-oriented way of working High motivation, flexibility and ability to work under pressure What our Client offers: Development opportunities in an international environment People- and value-focused organization culture Team-oriented, friendly work atmosphere Competitive benefit package Place of work: Gyöngyössolymos
