DESCRIPTIONOn behalf of our international client operating in the corporate service industry we are looking for a new colleague.Office administration tasks:- Acting as a receptionist, welcoming and serving guests- Registering incoming and outgoing mail, handling - Handling office supplies- Acting as a personal assistant to the Operations manager- Providing general office administration support to various divisions when neededMarketing tasks:- Preparing presentations and marketing documents- Participating in marketing / branding tasks- Support the corporate sales team- Keeping contact with website operator, updating the site, introducing new ideasREQUIREMENTSThe successful candidate should have the following attributes:- Ideally 1-2 years experience in a similar role (or similar responsibilities)- Secondary school / University degree - Fluent English (oral and written)- Strong IT skills (Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) - Reliable - Nice, polite, positive personality - Able to work individually and in team- Precise and hard working- Professional appearanceBENEFITSThe company offers:- Competitive salary- Dynamic team- Multinational environment in an A class office
